We are committed to delivering the best of our products in every aspect. However, in some cases, due to factors beyond our control, the package may lose its original form or you may receive a product that might differ from your original order. In the event of occurrence of such an incidence, you are requested to notify us within 24-48 hours. We will replace the product at no additional cost. When the damaged product is received at our office, we will process the replacement. Please note that the responsibility of returning such a product to us lies with the customer. We do not undertake to return or replace such products as are brought to our notice more than three days after receipt of goods.
