The cancellation of order and refund depends on the following circumstances. Refund of amounts shall be credited┬аinto the same account┬аfrom which the payment was recived following the same mode of payment.
a.┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а If an order is cancelled before it is dispatched from our office (the point of origin), the entire amount will be refunded including shipping charges.
b.┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а In case, where the order has already been dispatched, the shipping cost shall be deducted from the total cost and the balance amount shall be refunded to the customer.
c.┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а┬а The refunds will be made within 15 working days upon the receipt of the product at our end.
