A Chartered Accountant and a Law Graduate with a Doctorate in Accountancy, he has been engaged in public practice for over three decades.

He has been associated with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in various capacities and specializes in tax management and tax litigation.

He has been a Faculty member, Paper Writer and Speaker at various Conferences, Seminars, Workshops and Lecture meetings on a variety of subjects in Taxation, Auditing, Finance, Management and Individual Development.

He is a Trustee & Treasurer of Janaseva Foundation (an NGO engaged in operating Old Age Homes, Destitute Rehabilitation Centre, Nursing School, etc. for the past 26 years)

He is the Founder & Chief Mentor of SOUL (School of Universal Learning), an initiative engaged in trainings and individual development through trainings & workshops. He has touched, influenced and transformed thousands of lives through his motivational and inspirational talks and programmes.

He has been a Director & Chairman of Pune Stock Exchange Ltd.

He has authored a book titled “Estimated Income Scheme for Contractors – An Analysis” as also co-authored a book entitled “Voluntary Disclosure of Income Scheme – An Insight” besides authoring numerous articles on subjects of professional interest which have appeared in the leading newspapers and journals.
