LTD, a company created under the laws of India and having its registered office at 283, Budhwar Peth, Near City Post, Pune – 411002, Maharashtra acting though one of its divisions, Vishwakarma Publications (hereinafter called ‘Vishwakarma Publications’)
The web site of Vishwakarma Publications is an online bookstore owned and operated by Vishwakarma Publications Private Limited. Through this website, we effect the online sale of books published by Vishwakarma Publications Private Limited and other sister concern companies. This Agreement explains mutual obligations which abide us as well as our revered customers in relation to the services offered through our website www.vpindia.co.in and http://vishwakarmapublications.com/

Users represent and warrant that they (a) have not previously been suspended or removed from Vishwakarma Publications (b) are not a direct competitor of Vishwakarma Publications; (c) do not have more than one Vishwakarma Publications account at any given time; and (d) that they have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and in doing so will not violate any other agreement to which they are a party.
SECURE PASSWORD
Users are requested to keep their passwords secure. One is not allowed to use other user’s account and also to not let other users use their account.
