Kiran is a first generation entrepreneur. She started Xebec Communications Pvt ltd an advertising agency offering integrated communications in 1992. She has handled blue chip clients in various sectors ranging from automobiles, BFSI, Retail, Real estate, Services etc. In her role as strategist and brand consultant she has launched several brands in India. Anticipating the advent of digital she promoted a second company Xebec digital with a pan India presence which offers digital consultancy, creative technology and marketing. Right from the early stages of her career she has been teaching in management institutes and is often invited as guest lecturer. She has several other interests. She has been an angel investor in several start ups and likes nothing more than mentoring starts ups to do better than what she has done. Her other interests include fine art, writing, alternate healing. She likes to read new age spiritual and management thought leaders.
